Accessibility Statement

Fidaro Vastgoed is committed to making its website accessible, in accordance with the European Accessibility Act (EU) 2019/882 and the Dutch implementation law, the Tijdelijk besluit digitale toegankelijkheid overheid. Our goal is to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.

Measures Taken

To ensure digital accessibility, we have integrated the following measures into our design and development process:

  • We have appointed an accessibility officer and provided team training.

  • Accessibility is a formal requirement in our design and content creation phases.

  • We employ a combination of automated testing tools and manual expert reviews to evaluate our website.

Current Levels of Conformance

We are continuously working to achieve full compliance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Our most recent internal assessment indicates that the majority of our website meets these standards. However, we acknowledge that some parts may not yet be fully accessible. We are actively working on the following known issues:

  • Older PDF Documents: Some legacy property reports or brochures may not be fully tagged for accessibility. We are working to remediate these or replace them with accessible web pages.

  • Third-Party Content: Certain interactive maps or widgets embedded from third-party providers may have limited accessibility. We are engaging with our providers to improve this.
    We view accessibility as an ongoing effort, and we are committed to regularly reviewing and improving the user experience.

    This statement was prepared on 23.10.2025. It was last reviewed on 27.10.2025. The assessment of this website is based on a self-evaluation conducted by our team, guided by the WCAG-EM (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines Evaluation Methodology).
